Terms & Conditions 

GENERAL 

Welcome to the Ailār Yoga universe! 

The following Terms & Conditions (hereafter T&Cs) are valid between you and Ailār Yoga and apply to all use and orders placed on the Ailār Yoga website, www.ailaryoga.com, as well as orders placed by telephone, email, social networks or directly with the Ailār Yoga team. As such, placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs without reservation. If you do not agree with any of the terms of these terms and conditions or the Privacy Policy, please do not place an order on the Website.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all products displayed on the Website are in stock or available for purchase. We also reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product. 

Ailar Yoga reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest update is indicated at the end.

 

 

PRODUCTS 

Our products are described with the greatest possible precision. However, for technical reasons, the actual rendering of the products may sometimes differ slightly from the visuals. In this event, the written description of the product is binding.

Only individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of purchase may use the offers on the Ailar Yoga website.

 

 

CLIENT ACCOUNT

When opening your account: 

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • first and last name, age: information necessary to identify you 
  • mailing address : information necessary to deliver to your home
  • phone : information necessary for tracking your delivery
  • email address : to send you a confirmation email and delivery tracking number

 

 

ORDER

Any order can be placed directly: 

  • on our website ailaryoga.com, 
  • phone, 
  • e-mail, 
  • social networks 
  • with the Ailār Yoga team.

Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your choices, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and to correct any entry errors.  Any order placed is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement product.

When placing the order, you guarantee that you have full legal capacity to adhere to these T&Cs and thus conclude the purchase. Your order implies acceptance of the prices and characteristics of the products. Your order becomes final and you undertake to pay the amount of your order. We cannot be held responsible for input errors, or any other consequences.

All your placed orders are stored in our database. You can choose your own password to log in. You can view your own profile, which contains your order history and information such as delivery and billing address. You can request to delete your profile by contacting us at ailaryoga@gmail.com.

 

 

PRICE 

Prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. The price of the products presented may vary depending on current promotional offers and your region. 

 

 

PAYMENT

For payment, you will need to provide:

  • the type of payment card, 
  • card number, 
  • expiration date,
  • cryptogram

Payment card information is secure. 

The order is validated once payment is received. Ailār Yoga is making its best efforts to ship the order as quickly as possible.

 

 

DELIVERY

We only deliver to the indicated areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carriers and exceptional circumstances. Ailār Yoga cannot be held responsible for delivery delays depending on carriers.

In the launch phase, the delivery costs are offered by Ailār Yoga. However, additional delivery costs may be added depending on the type, amount and country of the order.

 

 

REFUND

In the event of a defective product or error on Ailār Yoga part, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. 

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used in the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise. 

If the returned products are not in their original condition (damaged, incomplete, used), Ailar Yoga reserves the right to refuse the refund or apply a discount.

Return costs remain your responsibility. 

 

 

RETURN

Return costs are your responsibility except in the event of a defective product or an error on Ailār Yoga part. Returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

 

GUARANTEE

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance or external factors (heat, excessive humidity, chemicals, etc.).

 

 


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content present on www.ailaryoga.com (texts, visuals, logos, designs) are the exclusive property of Ailar Yoga or its partners. They are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use must be subject to prior agreement.

 

 

PERSONAL DATA 

We collect and process your personal data in compliance with current regulations, in particular the GDPR. Your information is used only to manage your orders and improve our services. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@ailaryoga.com.

If you no longer wish to receive Ailar Yoga offers, you can request this at any time by email to hello@ailaryoga.com.

The storage of your purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable database so as to correspond with article 1348 of the civil code.

 

 

APPLICABLE LAW

These T&C are governed by French law. 

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, with the help of a mediation service or a consumer protection association if necessary.

 

 

FORCE MAJEURE

The execution of all or part of the Ailār Yoga obligations will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a force majeure such as war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any nature, without this list being exhaustive.

If this suspension continues beyond a period of fifteen days, you will then have the possibility of canceling the current order, and Ailār Yoga will reimburse under the conditions set out in article L 216-3 of the Consumer Code.
