Refund policy

REFUND

In the event of a defective product or error on Ailār Yoga part, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. 

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used in the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise. 

If the returned products are not in their original condition (damaged, incomplete, used), Ailār Yoga reserves the right to refuse the refund or apply a discount.

Return costs remain your responsibility.
